Laboratory Timeframe Question

A few years ago, Noront was to have results faster than anyone else in Windfall due to a special arrangement with the lab (Activation Labs, I believe) Do any of the original posters remember this? I searched the Agoracom Web site but came up empty. Does anyone remember what the turn around time was supposed to be. I am sure the turn around turn time was faster @ Windfall than what we are now getting in the ROF. Comments, please?
