Did anyone read the epiloque from the Resource World link Goldelicious provided?

He talks of Gov. change needed to recognise the importance of more "moderate" sized resource discoveries as well as initiatives such as special taxation for junior resource exploration companies. Is he leading into another article based on inside information of potential changes to the mining act or am i reading too much into his key strokes?
