Mr. Gervais joined Penson in December 2002. Mr. Gervais was previously CFO with The Jitney Group for two years. Why do I find this interesting?

Last Friday: Penson bought 65,000 shares : sold none

Last Friday: Jitney bought 59,300 and sold 59,300

Last Thursday: Penson bought 162,500 shares and sold none

Last Thursday: Jitney bought 120,900 shares and sold 119,600

WE suspected Jitney was holding the price down for someone to accumulate.
