It's place by company. An other symbol has a `N`it's HAT . From the 25 company on my screen those 2 have a `N `and usualy a new is issue during the day. May be when the company decide to issue a NEW they send the new with the time to be release.

I think the new will be release after the close because the `N `is not in a blue cercle and I notice recently that difference.

If it turn blue during the day I'll post it.
