Forgive my ignorance, but I am curious as to why many posts from "rookies" that bring some value to this forum, or posts that seek guidance as to the expertise of senior posters get ignored.

It seems like posts get votes dependant on rank and not necessarily content.

There is a saying that goes, "everyone can bring something to the party".

So, please show some inclusion, some consideration, some support and some respect. We do value the input from ALL members on this board and when someone puts a question out there, please put your 2 cents worth in. It is appreciated.

Hell, we are all in the same boat! We all learn from others perspectives.
