Which implies they have made Initial Application, but have, as yet, got to truly specifying the Desired Date for Actual Listing!The only meaning that can be taken from the comment "can not comment on that subject", which is very different than the ALL Evasive "No Comment"!

Otherwise, they could have made mention of their Intent to make Application, which was discussed at length here two years ago and even prior to that elsewhere!

Thus, someone, more than simply some posters here, is hiding behind the vagaries of semantics on this Issue!
