Qiute the pay for those who work ALL that Overtime!

Now if only the Bankers could work as successfully and have their Pay come into line with thses Unionized Employees and likewise for their Bonus Pay.

I like the ideas coming outy of France and Germany in thses regards. Maybe ALL Non Self Employed individuals should be put on the Same Schedule. And something like 3 - 5 year Job Performance Criteria be the determinant of level of realised Pay?

Anyhow, at least these Employees in Sudbury are getting what they are (now and in the past) due to collectively negotiated efforts. And I wonder, do they manipulate the Nickel Price and Vale's SP so as to triger their Incentive Bonus Pay and Work Performance Pay?

I just Don't know! LOL
