You are absolutly right RHAMMER and like hole 49, it looks like it will take the market a while to realize the implication of this NR. For us sitting here with all our DD, we know what this represents! Short of an international financial meltdown, NOT is going much higher...the question is when? If this was not a trigger, I wonder what the market is waiting for!
