Right you are Oldster. There are hurdles but it would seem that Cliffs has long legs so to speak. It seems that these NRs are actually after the fact.

From what I understand by listening to the chatter is that the rail line they have planned will not be as difficult as it sounds. Nor will it take as long. Now I'm not up on this but did listen. What they were saying is something to the effect that the line will not be that difficult. The terrain is flat. It will take a lot of gravel but other than that they seem to think it could go quickly.

As for the gravel I have been told by many that they are buying it all up or I should say have left none for others.

I'm sure we will be hearing more about this issue very soon.
