It is public info as the claims are listed on the ministry web site. As for the reason for two????? I doubt it would be one for road and one for rail, uless there are stipulations/conditions that to get gov't funding for one, the other has to be done.

The gov't is supplying significant (hic) funding for northern infrastructure improvements to the transportation hub so ?????
