IR response re TSX listing...

Hi all

Corporate lips are still sealed... See the following email to me from IR .

Jacki

Hi Jackie,

In fact the actual listing is not material, only the actual move to the TSX board. Again, the TSX has requested that all issues concerning the TSX including applications for listing are not be to discussed publicly, as this may cause a disruption in the company’s share price and trading patterns, therefore we are not commenting on any status regarding a TSX listing or lack thereof.

Sorry Jackie,

Regards,

Joanne

I came across the following comments in a post on our Agoracom NOT board this a.m.

"Application for TSX- That is material info. So if they are saying that they have made application to the TSX for listing ask then to send you the application. Or post it on the internet. Many IR people humor people by responding that they are applying, have applied , were asked to list, etc when they have done nothing.

So all you have to do is ask, Call the CFO and ask and this can be quickly answered. Its a simple question
Have you already applied for and filed an application to be listed on the TSX? Yes---- NO?"

Does this pertain to NOT? If so, could you or Wes or the CFO advise us as to whether an application to the TSX has been" formally "made by NOT. I know the Company cannot comment on the status of things, but would just like to know if application has been received by them.

Thank you so much, Joanne. All the best to you and Wes,

Jacki
