Maybe I can shed some light on the severance issue.

Nemis received $ 750,000.00

Elaine recieved $ 150,000.00 these were buy out's of their employment contracts.

My guess but the numbers seem incorect ,Feeny 2 tears at $250,000.00 for$500,000.00

Bear in mind Richard put in 30 years as did Elaine . The other two only had months each. But this was the management decision they could have kept these people on .So who do you look to for making the decisionto let thm go
