I am a strong believer in understanding the background of the management team running a company. To this end ....

In the section Noront Resources Ltd - Dear Sareholder document from Wes - titled Election of Board of Directors I see two proposed members as having previous positions within Aurelian Resources.

In addition- Other posted materials on the internet : Has Jospeh Hamiltion as having dealing with Aurelian Resources , yet its not on the Election of Board of Directors BIO section for Joseph . Perhaps the other materials posted on the internet are wrong.

Did Joesph Hamiliton have an association with Aurelian ? If yes, then why does it not standout like the other two gentlemens within the BIO section ?

I am keen on seeing a board that has a true mix of different positive backgrounds/no old baggage. The above request for clarification with help me in my proxy submission ..........
