Here is a little info from a long time ago he was definitely a director,

Aurelian Resources Inc. director Joseph Hamilton sold 50,000 company shares at prices ranging from $6.90 to $6.96 between Sept. 7, 2007 and Sept. 10, 2007. His total company holdings after these transactions was 150,000 shares.
