It has been my experience that an exploration play will find new properties and get them some interest so that when they sell or partner out a major property, they are already prepared to fill the void.

Some of these plays picking up some prime properties in areas like Timmins or grabbing up a REE property. These don't come cheap. These plays will want some of their share holders to follow of course. The company moves on and expands as it should.
