Thats right antlizzie.

In most cases the play making the offer drops in sp while the play receiving the offer generally benefits from a sp push. Doesn't always remain that way but that is generally the sequence with a take over or buy out attempt.

It is perfectly normal for Noron't sp to drop some on their offer. Absolutely nothing to worry about. Probably less to worry about than yesterday.
