I for one sold NOT shares today at $1.56 and bought FWR at 0.38 or NOT shares at $1.52 if the deal goes thru. If someone steps up to the plate and offers more for FWR, I win also. The only downside is if this gets voted down by FWR shareholders, then I stand to lose 25-40%. However, I believe this will go thru and now I have some shares to vote to help NOT complete this merger.
