the South Africa trip has resulted in an offer for some kind of deal on chrome. THey already have the customers, but don,t want a competitor next door. They want control of all chrome coming out of the ROF. NOT making a offer to FWR has a lot less of a impact in SP than if the major reveals themselves. I don't think NOT on thursday said lets buy FWR.. there is more going on behind the scenes than we know.
