Well we agree that no bidding war is coming for FWR...but you never know so I am hedging my bet. If someone does step up to the plate, great! If no one does and NOT goes up, FWR should move up in lock step until the vote. If I feel we will lose the vote, I will sell my shares and buy back Noront but if I feel the vote is close or that we will win, then I will keep my shares and vote them.

For guys like Sum, who bought at 0.29, it is not that scary for the SP to fall back to 0.29 or lower but when I bought in at 0.38, I hate losing this much and is probably what will happen if this is defeated and I am still holding those shares at the time of the vote.
