I Vote Yes

I own both, and I'm voting yes.

It will be a close vote, but I think it goes through. For FWR to get 25% ownership of NOT is quite a deal. NOT has much more near-term potential than FWR. It's possible that FWR's Chrome will be worth $4 per share some day, but that isn't a foregone conclusion.

Look how the market is valuing Chrome today. We know that FWR has enough Chrome for a long life mine. Does the market care? Not today, and maybe not for a long time. Also, Nickel is the hot commodity today and they don't have any.

Gloriuex is right. There will be no bidding war. Whoever would want to bid would prefer to buy both. A merger only helps make the process easier.

Everyone knows that consolidatin is the key to the RoF, and that includes investors. This deal helps both, and 66% will figure that out. What would you rather own? FWR on it's own? Or, 25% of NOT that includes all of FWR assests? Seems pretty obvious to me.
