The value of Eagle 1a only, at current spot price is about 1.7B dollars, not 700M. if you thought that, I can understand why you do not like the deal. You may want to do more research into NOT and why institutions bought into it and the PP was over subscribed. You should also ask yourself why FWR has attracted so little institutional support.
