Glad you agree with that last sentence in the Strato-post. I know I do, as well of course, with all the rest of that post.

This should be based on actual value of assets, discounted at some mutually agreed percentage, rather than market share price, in order to be a friendly merger. Otherwise, based solely on share price, it is a take-over.
