But Edgy, unless this is a perfectly fair deal, then either the FWR shareholders or the NOT shareholders will end up with the better end of the deal. Being that NOT made the offer, unless they've miscalculated, then I'm going to assume that the consideration NOT has offered is such that NOT shareholders will be the net winners.

There is much to argue about when it comes to the consideration offered, and no doubt, there will be a whole lot of maneuvering before it's all said and done.
