There appear to be a lot of misunderstandings.
As of August, NOT shows approx. 173 500 000 shares fully diluted. To account for possibly additional stock options issued since August, let's put NOT at 175 million shares fd.
FWR show 199 825 000 shares fully diluted as of September. Lets round that to 200 million fd.
NOT would issue 50 million shares for the 200 million FWR shares.
The New NOT (NOT + FWR) now has 225 million shares outstanding fd.
That means FWR - current shareholders - will own >22% of the new NOT.
There may be some massaging of the numbers before this all happens, if it happens, but as far as I am concerned, not a bad deal.
