I totally understand why FWR SH would be upset with this offer. You have a major on board and think the big payday is coming soon... I would be upset if the same thing happened to NOT..

However, the market for chrome is very small and I don't think any major is going to go all in unless they control all of the chrome coming out of the ROF. Can you imagine Cliff developing the FWR site only to have another bigger major develope the NOT deposit.

Which ever way this goes, it may force the hand of some to the benifit of us all.
