FWR has 4.2M shares of QUC. QUC jumping from 17 cents to over $4 in a month brought over $10M to FWR's worth...I think that was the reason the stock woke up...not because the market finally fell in love with Chromite. The other option is that we had a leak of the NOT offer...not sure what the trigger was between those 2 but there was no other reason to change the market sentiment.
