..will they ask Cliffs for $1B to develop the infrastructure ?

..will they sit for years and years on a chromite deposit?

..will they sell to a new bidder at a low price?

..will they buy more claims in the ROF?

What is FWR going to do with the chromite deposit they are sitting on?
