This may have been discussed already, but presumably since the bid is made to FWR shareholders it is they who will either accept or decline. The FWR BOD will have made its recommendation - presumably negative. So what percentage approval is necessary? Or is the offer conditional on 90% approval in which case the remaining 10% can be squeezed out? If there is no condition, what happens if 60% tender - then will NOT own 60% of FWR?
