Value

The general premise regarding how much something is worth boils down to how much someone is willing to pay. Depending on supply and demand, the value of a "widget" fluctuates. In this case the widget is a share. Ten days ago, a NOT share could be bought for $1.55 and a FWR share for $0.23. The only release since has been NOTs intention to merge the two companies on a 1 to 4 basis. With that news, NOT's shares became a little harder to get meaning the supply was decreased. The price has risen to approximately $2.00. FWR shares have increased as well but not because of news from FWR but on the potential that they are now worth a quarter of NOT's price. People have not been willing to pay that amount in the past on the perception of their chromite value. As to this discussion being on the NOT board, it is very relevant because this increase in NOT value is in part due the the merger that our company is proposing and a pending NR that we are all waiting for on Nickel.
