There are two different versions of NI 43-101 reports :

1. NI 43-101 Technical Report

(this is the version from Micon on Big Daddy , FWR/SPQ/KWG which can be found here:

Note that this contains NO resource estimates !

2. NI 43-101 Economical Report

This is the one which contains a NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate and the one most people refer to when talking about NI 43-101 reports.

If Noronts statement is using this terminology then they are right :

There is NO NI 43-101 ECONOMICAL REPORT existing for any Chromite deposit in the RoF yet.

And Noront will release such a report in the near future and therefore will have the first such report on Chromite in the RoF !
