A couple of points:

Keith is not the CFO - Greg Rieveley is CFO.

Wes left Kinross a long time before the Aurelian deal occurred. (I assume that is the linkage what you are referring to)

Also, tha annual report is for the period ending April 30 & Wes joined in June. I also believe you will find that Wes's base salary is less than you might think. Also 100% target bonus is not unusual for CEO's & pretty difficlut to reach. If he's 100% , then I think we will all be very happy.
