Proxy for AGM

What is the cut-off date for this? We have a holiday on Monday, so just two business days before Thursday, the meeting date. Your decision has to be in their hands a full business day BEFORE the proxy deposit date, given as the 13th on the forms I received, (Tuesday). Since the last business day before the 13th was last Friday, are we too late already?
