The Good old Boys that currently mine Chromite will step forward and make a run at the Ring of fire (IMO) to ensure the market is not over saturated and protect thier position while securing another world class Chromite resource. Inco went after Voisyes for similiar reasons, to block out the competition and ensure no one could produce Nickel at a lower cost then they could. This is like a chess game and everyone is trying to better thier bargaining position. Interesting times.
