Actually, the deal was 88M US but close enough. If they have 190M left over after this and you say this is enough, that leaves about $1 per share. I do not think they would spend all their money on something that will not see any revenues for at least 2 years and diluting themselves for this seems unlikely to me. So again, I cannot see them doing a cash deal to buy out FWR but I have a question for those against this merger:
If you prefer $1 cash from Cliff for each share of FWR instead of 1/4 share of Noront, click this post. Those who would prefer 1/4 share of NOT than $1 cash, click the next post. There is no way of knowing if those answering are being truthful but I am still curious how this survey would be answered.
