I too was outraged that shareholders were not given the opportunity to vote for Directors individually, not just all or nothing. That is not a meaningful choice.

This decision to prevent voting on individual Directors is regrettable, and not democractic at all. There are Directors on the present board that have backgrounds that make many of us uncomfortable, and we should be able to cast our vote about this if we wish.

We are not naive shareholders, and we expect decent ethics to govern the decisions of our current BOD. We do not want a repeat of the fate of the Aurelian investors.

Could someone who is going to the AGM pose the question of voting individually for Directors in the future?
