I catch your drift. What you are saying is the price per share should not be diluted. What you can not say is there is not dilution. For example, we all say there is dilution when we have a private placement even though the price is normally higher than our selling price. Dilution occurs because there are more shares to deal with. It does not mean the price necessarily goes down.
