I would not say I have no concern about our BoD...more like I have no choice. However, I believe this team is assembled to carry a mission, we have great assets in the RoF and for those guys to make money, they need to drive this up. Once the merger with FWR is done (could be 3 months or more) they will pump this like crazy and the big names on our BoD and management will be used as a tool to convince mutual fund managers that they need to invest in us. As long as they follow this plan, I am ok with it...their greed will pave the way to a big fat payout. I wish the NOT board would stop slagging our BoD, nothing can be done and they are driving new investors away with their rightful (but nothing to gain) complaining!

Reading your post Franak. There seems to be concerns regarding this BoD from NOT share holders as well as FWR and other plays in the ROF. A credibility problem is a huge hurdle to overcome.

"If" Frank. And a big one at this stage of the game. Were any other BoD involved I doubt that this play amalgamated with FWR would need to "pump like crazy" with a different BoD.

I doubt that the FEW management would require a pump for the simple reason that their chrome is desired by Cliffs. So much so that Cliffs is putting in a rail line. Pretty far along too.

I think that everyone should wait until after NOT releases the NR. If it is good, they will have a chance at FWR.

After the NOT release, enjoy the spike and then wait for a response from Cliffs. Since they have done a lot of work surveying etc.. and have purchased all of the aggregate, I would think that they will have something to say.

When they say what they have to say, included might be a "we'll wait and see what happens" or ' We are putting in an offer as well.

The unknowns? Major majors on the sidelines with the ability to kick any of these plays aside including Cliffs and take the area over.

So far I don't see that. I see Hedge Funds and an E1 hit driving this. I could be wrong.

Every time one of these "milestones" are passed or reached we should see a sp increase.

We do not want this driven by GREED. We want this driven by folks with common sense who do have our interests at heart as well as their own. This is how we will all benefit.
