what would it take to make FWR concerns go away?
1) distrust of NOT BOD. As you say, they want to make profit so perhaps we should give them the benefit of the doubt. However, asking FWR to drop shareholder's rights? what's the reasoning?
2) A big fear is FWR shareholder own a quarter or less of NOT and then NOT SP drops, as is typical of juniors. What can BOD do to prevent this, other then discover something outside the E-nest. Would owning E-nest and FWR's chromite combined with NOT's chromite take the SP up, and by how much?
3) how can we bring both boards to feel like the animosity should lie with our BOD's (who face the real challenge of losing their job/livelyhoods/identity as there should only be one leader) and not amoungst we shareholders, who many own both FWR and NOT, and both just want to make money and lots of it.
4) We need to shape our boards to constructively discover solutions for the BOD's. But first we, both NOT and FWR, shareholders need facts to make positive suggestions and decisions. Both NOT and FWR shareholders need both our BOD to reveal all that they know. We all must remember we are both lowley junior mining companies, and we must strategize collectively for that which will benefit the shareholders of both companies the most. Full disclosure. What holes have both companies found and how can FWR and NOT both benefit together to leverage what we have with a Major.
5) Polarizing effect of no access to all facts. It's like watching the news. When there's no news worthy subjects they create a dump from a garbage can. Let's try to avoid the them vs. us pattern.
