FWR stock was under $0.32 before news of the takeover bid, news of which has been mostly responsible for the 60% increase in the SP. Even at $1.80 NOT will be offering $0.45/share for FWR... still a pretty good deal for FWR holders, unless of course they forget to realise why their SP is so high as of right now. Should the takeover deal not go through FWR shares will likely tumble back into the 30's almost instantly.

Everyone talks of how FWR is undervalued at current SP, but so is NOT and so are the rest of the ROF companies. It's all relative.
