I'm not a mining person so I'm not going to try and explain the term critical mass for this industry. In my line of work I deal with technology milestones. We don't invest in a manufacturing facility until we meet certain technology milestones. I believe the same can be said for Noront. They will not invest in infrastructure until they achieve certain critical milestones. I can mention some obvious milestones necessary for supporting an investment but will not because I'm not experienced in this industry.

I'm invested in Noront today because they are an exploration company with great potential.
