The use of 0.3975 offer is erroneous and we should stop using this. This number reflected 1/4 of a share price of NOT on the day of the offer. The offer was made with NOT at the lowest price for strategic reason IMO. The price today would be 45 cents and is a moving target.

FWR shareholders say their resource is worth more than 0.3975 and I agree with that.

NOT is also undervalued currently and will get its proper valuation at some point (hopefully). When this happens, we will see a proper valuation of our offer to FWR.
