Currently five drills are active and all are testing the dimensions of
the Eagle's Nest lenses. Three of the drills are testing the mineralized areas
down to a vertical depth of 1,000 metres and the fourth and fifth drills are
defining the lower extents of the mineralization to a depth of 1,500 metres.

Would the TSX.v allow them to write this unless they were drilling this deep? Seems to me they know more about what is at depth then what they have released.

The important word is defining IMO. The word exploring would seem more appropriate if they had no clue what was below 1000m.
