We play this game because many here have a dual allegiance and would like chromite to be considered as worth more, well it is, But the problem with it, as I mentioned earlier. is that you can not readly get full value from it.

No company offers solid cash unless there is solid evidence of a resource. Sorry but I do not buy the story that Noront is presenting this offer for a Maybe or If.
A company needs proof, no different than a bank asking for collateral or income to support a loan.
