From the recent AGM and Wes's speech we learn that Noront's institutional ownership has increased from 55% to 59%. It seems to me that with that accuracy of knowledge... 59%... Noront knows just who that 59% is. Why not just say over 50%. The words 59% shows accuracy. We are counting and we know the groupings of that 59%. Wes felt it important to bring this 50% number up. Why?Institutional buyers are better informed on average than the regular retail shareholders..and they have not been selling they have been buying. That shows us something. We have seen 55% shown on the Noront website for the longest time. Those involved with ARU Aurelian resources will also remember that the institutional ownership was over 50%.

This isn't just about the Board and what they want and their "assumed "spur of the moment undertakings. This is also about the now 59% Institutional owners. In order to keep the OVER 50% involved...they have to also be involved in the overall plan. Whatever that may be. No groups will be that loyal for so long without involvement in the mastermind of "the plan" and a payoff at some point. Management owns a small percentage of shares ....institu owns the largest%. The strings are pulled by a powerful team.
