Anyone having 250,000 FWR shares to tender does not look to me as a day trader.

The suggestions made here about how to get better value out of trading that many FWR shares for NOT and perhaps back again seem more appropriate to a day trader with the intent of obtaining a quick profit, imo.

It you are a long term holder with that many shares then to you it matters little for the few thousand extra dollars or shares. You are interested in obtaining hundreds of thousands of dollars in the long run and you basicly ignore the possible short term gains. Long holders have a different mind set from short ones. If ones action is with the intent of obtaining the larger gain later at the risk of losing out on the smaller gain today, so be it.

Do not mark out anyone just because they have a different strategy than yours.
