Any offer for UC would have to be awfully good before Mr Voisin would give it any consideration. He has a lot of very good targets that have not been drilled.

As for the shareholders I can only hope that they would have the good sense to take their direction from Mr Voisin, not from anyone making an offer.

I agree that it will be good to have some consolidation in the RoF. However I would hate to see this happen with so much drilling yet to be done.

Some will argue that shareholders can still get value by owning the consoidated company(s) but they forget that you will not get the leverage that you will by owning a company like UC or Tribute.

Don't forget folks, all of these investments, including Noront are very speculative. That is likely why we are all here. We are looking for several multiples on our investments. IMHO there is a lot more upside in a company like UC than in NOT or even FWR.

As an investor with a considerable # of shares of UC, I would be very disapointed if NOt took out UC for a double. I did not buy UC for a double. Call that greed if you like but when you take a risk with hard earned money, a double is not enough of a reward.
