I know of another mining exploration company that is doing somewhat the same with respect to testing the quality of its iron ore with potential customers in Europe. Those steel companies have some investment in that company as well. Mainly so they can get access to the test results & also to guarentee access to the product if the results are good. Perhaps Cliffs is taking the same approach?
