Just sad the way these companies are plundered at times.

why plundered ?

You can buy for $ 0.07 less on the open market (compared to the management´s options) and they still have to pay that price if they "buy" these options.

So, it´s money in the bank if these options get exercised !

And they´ll only get exercised if these individuals will be "in the money", which will be good for ALL shareholders (from today´s point of view) !

Can you explain the point of view behind your negative statement, please !
