Of course it is negative, it causes dilution that we could have used at say the $3 example to do a pp with.

C´mon stormmin62, options are the way "to pay board members" and not only with exploration companies.

Everybody gives out options to management !

Regarding the "timing", it was the AGM date that triggered the option payment, so no way of "waiting" for a $3 price to "please" shareholders.

The only thing that you could discuss is the amount of options per person.

But again, you can only attract new staff or keep good people, if you dangle some carrot (Berta will know, lol) !
