Please read the offer again. NOT has left themselves total authority to remove, change, or extend any condition. They can easily remove the "percentage" clause and the Shareholder Rights clause and proceed to take up all tendered shares for the 4 to 1 offer regardless of what the true ratio is on that day.

Do you truly think (after our experience last year in the ugly takeover) that they will not use their power to assure as many shares are moved as possible?? They have even included a clause to allow one of their affiliates to take up these shares instead of them.

All I can say is beware of tendering your shares unless you are 100% sure you are happy with 4 -1
